EXTRA! EXTRA! EXTRA! Great & exciting news, the royal couple of the Monday night Jeff & Britney Gravely got married! Yes, the beautiful bride and the handsome groom tied the knot last Saturday and are currently on their honeymoon. The couple has been doing quite well on the tournaments. They won the Monday night twice last year! Be sure to congratulate them when they are back to earth. Congratulations Jeff & Britney. You guys make a great couple.

07/27/09: On the fishing front, it was another tough night for most.  It was won with less than 10 lbs!  Rick Hollingsworth and Charlie Brown brought in a 9.45 lbs sack to win first place.  Very nice job guys.  Congratulations.

And the big bass was won by the team of Mike Robinson and Mike Burrell.  Though they caught only 2 fish last Monday, one of them was a very nice 4.85 lbs beauty.  The 2 fish helped them stayed in the top 10 overall.  Also, this is their second big bass win this year!  The only other team that won big bass twice are the team of Daniel and Donnie Thurman.  Congratulations guys.

And finally we now have the first team that reaches 1000 points.  Greg Wilkerson and Dustin Wilson hit 1033 points last Monday.  They are on top of the point standing and are still in close race for the team of the year which they are now about 3 lbs behind the leading team – Kelly Thompson and Todd Lambert.  There are also a total of 6 teams that reach 100 lbs mark.  Congratulations to all.  It takes 532 points to be in the top 25.  There’s still hope.  Keep going y’all
