Allatoona Team Tournament

Allatoona Team Tournament

2007 Monday Night Tournament Trail Classic

September 7 & 9, 2007.  At Kellogg Creek

The classic winners (waving their winning big bucks of $4K+) and directors at the end of the classic.  Left to right: Cowboy, Mike Loner, the winners: David Smith and Tom Kasmerski, and Allen Brooks.  Congratulations to the winners and many many thanks to all the directors for a great fun and well run trail.  And many thanks to all the sponsors.

The prestigious title of the Anglers Team Of The Year goes to Chad and Dwight Woodall team.  They won the title even with one less tournament than everyone else!  Very nice gift certificates from THE DUGOUT were presented to the team by Mike Loner.  Congratulations guys.

Big Bass of the Year honor goes to Matt Green (center) and Calvin Jones (right).  They caught a 7.88 large mouth earlier in the season and no one was able to top that!  Very nice gift certificates from THE DUGOUT were also presented to the team by the director.  The guy on the left (David Smith) was just trying to rub it in (in a friendly way, of course) that it was his team that won the classic despite the odd couple's claim to fame on the big bass of the year and the second place win in the classic!

And here are the classic winners:

1st place: David Smith & Tom Kazmerski
They also won big bass day 2 with a 5.60 lbs fish!

2nd place: Matt Green & Calvin Jones

3rd place: Britney & Jeff Gravely

4th place: Mike Whitfield & Dusty Woodall

5th place: Alex Alampi & Robert Addison

And more gathering

3 members of 3 teams took polygraph tests in this polygraph mobile of APeal Agency, Inc.  It's a professional polygraph company.  This company teaches the polygraph tests!  So the results from this are very solid.   And all teams passed with a flying color!  All teams were asked the same questions.  As it turned out, the questions asked also cover past tournaments on any lake!  The selected teams were chosen by team with the biggest bag on day one, team with biggest bag on day two, and team with overall/combined weight that won second place in 2 days.  The 3 guys were Daniel Thurman, Tom Kazmerski, and Calvin Jones.  Let it be known that there's no doubt that none of these guys have ever done any wrong doing anywhere!  And remember, as has been done in the past, in an effort to keep the trail clean the tournament will do random polygraph test.  This can happen at anytime on any team during the season.  Let's keep this a clean fun tourney for all of us to enjoy.            Peace!

Jamey & Jeff McEntyre thought they had a lake record.
But after a good fight from hooking something with a
finesse worm in 40 feet of water, this was the actual catch
