  04/21/08: It might seemed like a tough night for many but someone always managed to catch them!  This week winners, Justin Buckles & Jordan Cussimanio,  blew past the competition by over 5 lbs!  They came in with a 14.43 lbs bag!  The second place bag was 9.03 lbs.  They also had a couple of big bass in the bag that almost won them big bass too.  And they also won the famous side-bet pot.  Great job guys.  Congratulations. The big bass honor went to Jay West & Randy Reid team.  They caught only one keeper but it was the one that counted!  It was a beautiful 5.41 pounder large mouth.  Congrats guys. There were over 70 teams showed up in the second week.  It was a good night for some and a not so good night for some.  Look at the comparison – last week 54 teams caught 27 limits and 192 fish but this week 72 teams only caught 180 fish and 21 limits! Once again, kudos to the new director teams for a job well done (Jeff & Jamey McEntyre + Lamar & Andrew Wehunt).  All 72 teams were weighed-in, paid (including lots of gifts giveaway) by 11:35 PM!  As you know, at the end of the first Monday night tournament (4/14/08) there was a boat fire in Victoria marina.  If you have any info or had seen it happened and can provide any information at all please call Capt. Ossie Delay, the fire investigator, at 770-479-5172.  The captain had talked to some fishermen but would like to talk to more in order to get a better picture of the event.  Here’s more info on how to contact Capt.
