  06/16/08: This is ridiculous! How could you? How could the rest of the teams let this has-been team, uh I mean these nerds, uh I mean these totally dark-side anglers win? All they ever do anymore are just to fish for white fish while there are sunlight whether they are in a black bass tournament or not.  In fact, we're not even sure why they are still fishing black bass tournament at all. It's also confirmed that they themselves are not sure either. What the heck. Anyway, it was a very nice evening to fish weather-wise especially as compare to last week. 68 teams showed up. And the odd team of SuxVille's angler and Allen (BigAl) Brooks brought in a nice 11.98 lbs sack to win first place and side-bet pot and had a nice payday for catching them white bass in black bass tournament. Rumors had it that they headed toward the rivers.  Maybe the "river-rat" spirits came back to possess them again?  Nah.  They are still a has-been team in our estimation (as eye witness also confirmed that they were still catching nice white bass last Monday evening).  Congrats anyway   And the big bass winners are the current/brand spanking new director team - Jeff & Jamey McEntyre.  They brought in a beautiful 5.02 lbs spotted bass and 4 other ones to win 3rd place and big bass of the night.  There were a few other good fish which were large mouth.  But this one beat them out!  Great job guys.  Congratulations.   And apparently it was tough for many teams despite how nice the weather was.  There were 19 zeroes last Monday!  Many brought in 1, 2, or 3 fish, even from teams in the top 10 overall.  And it only took 6.5 lbs to get in the money.  Dead Sea can give you a fit whenever she wants to, that's for sure.   And we are now exactly half way into the season already!  9 more regular tourneys to go before the classic.  And if you are not careful you might be gravitating toward SuxVille, GA. instead of rising up toward the top of the standing!   Many thanks to all sponsors who give away stuff to anglers.
