ATTENTION:
Our fellow Monday nighter, JASON NELMS, is
running for Cherokee County Commissioner.
The voting is July 20th. Jason Nelms is a native
of Woodstock, GA. He is a proud business owner here in
Woodstock. He co-founded his company, Everlast Synthetic
Products, in 2005 with Brad Lund of Woodstock, GA and
Carl Hazenberg of Roswell, GA. Everlast Synthetic
Products is a leading manufacturer of vinyl sheet piling
for seawalls, bulkheads, retaining walls, and lake
walls. They have 12 employees in the Woodstock office
and operate with a multi-million dollar budget.
Jason has fished
all of the Monday night tournaments and is in good
standing. It will be good to have a real fisherman
to give us a voice around the lake, to represent our
concerns.

6/21/10:
And high temperatures still kept fishing tough again this week for a lot of teams.
Lots of zeros - both real zeros and some throw back zeros.
When it was all said and done, David Koski and Kevin
SMith came out on top. They brought in the
10.39 lbs bag to win first place honor. Very nice
catch guys. Congratulations.
And the tough night
also ended the hope of having a perfect batting average
team. The last possible team came in short. But
it was a good run while it lasted. Maybe next year
there'll be a team or two that can do that.
And last night big fish honors went to the team of
Shane & Greg Hamby.
They brought in a beautiful 6.93 lbs bass. They had
4 fish that weighed 10.16 lbs. If they had a
limit, they would have won it all.   Congrats on a solid fish.
